Alleviating poverty, building futures
Ollie volunteered at Baworo ICCES in 2006, supervising the construction of a boys’ hostel on behalf of OneChild Ghana, as well as teaching English, Maths and Entrepreneurship. He has since worked as a Fundraiser for the charity Trees for Cities, and now works on renewable energy programmes for the Government, at Ofgem. Ollie has returned to Ghana to check up on the various OneChild Ghana projects being carried out, and is the main liaison point for Onechild Ghana’s projects.
Onechild Ghana run a number of projects throughout the year aimed at helping to achieve our goal of alleviating poverty and building futures for young Ghanians.
